the poem
YOU ARE GOING SOMEWHERE
Life is more than a movie yet
During this montage breathe in your stardom
Reflected in the city around you.
Recognize the grandeur in this motion
Picture framed by neighborhoods in windows
Beyond windows where souls sit
Reflecting hope. The sunlight
In your eyes - a transition to
A new scene, the next stop.
